The admission is free for all visitors on the following days:

• every first Sunday of the month from November 1st to March 31st
• the national holidays of October 28th and March 25th
• April 18th (International Monuments Day)
• May 18th (International Museum Day)
• June 5th (World Environment Day)
• the two-day European Heritage Days (last weekend of September each year)
• March 6th (in memory of Melina Mercouri)

Educational activities are available throughout the school year.

The museum is accessible to people with disabilities.

Taking photographs (tripod and/or flash) is not permitted.
